Mary Lou Boal- As much as she loves to travel, Mary Lou also loves to send people on their dream trips. She is a certified tour manager who has led tours for many years with AARP, American Express, and Total Travel Service. Mary Lou has been helping clients go places for over 32 years. Having visited over 80 countries, she has shared her intimate knowledge of hotels, trains, and tours from around the world. Among her favorites are Italy, Ireland, Scotland, and many parts of Southeast Asia. With this vast knowledge, you can see why she specializes in building foreign independent tours. When the client prefers traveling on their own, Mary Lou is happy to share her vast knowledge and build an exciting itinerary that meets their travel expectations. Cruising is another specialty of hers as she has lead groups on several cruises as well as cruising to exotic destinations herself.

Mary Lou has been an active member of our community and appreciates the local support of our Total Travel customers throughout the years. Without these loyal travelers, we would not be able to continue to book your Happy Travels. Her favorite quote is "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page." As for Mary Lou, she has volumes of books that she has read over and over. 

Pat Carter Duckworth- She has been in the travel business for 32 plus years, with 16 of those being at Total Travel. Pat is our office manager and is knowledgeable in all areas of travel. Her roots are nestled away in Northern Ireland where her mother was born. She loves going back there to visit with all her relatives and take in the beauty the Emerald Isles have to offer. From sending Corporate Travelers all over the world, booking Leisure Travels from the simplest destinations to some of the most exotic, and then her favorite, group travel. Pat has been creating itineraries and leading student groups throughout her career. She says the children "keep her young at heart" plus offers her a challenge. Pat has also turned our office into a UK headquarters taking the fans to Rupp Arena as well as other venues to cheer on her WILDCATS. Just give her a call! Callie Dixon- Callie actually became acquainted with Total Travel in her 8th grade year when she went to DC with Nebo Elementary and they booked their trip with us. This was her first flight, but not her last. She came to Total Travel after having completed a college program with Walt Disney in Orlando. Including Disney, Callie has been in the travel industry for 10 years. Her other accomplishments include she is a certified Sandals Specialist, a member of the Vacation Express Pepe Club, a Jamaica-Mexico-Costa Rica- Bahamas- and Turks & Caicos Specialist, and a Las Vegas Expert. And let's not forget cruising. She is a Princess Commodore, a University of Wow expert with Royal Caribbean, and a Carnival Specialist. Her clientele ranges from families who need a hotel in Nashville to a couple wanting an extensive vacation in Europe. There isn't anything she can't do. Callie has two daughters to whom she has passed on the travel bug by taking them on cruises to Disney, Jamaica, and Cozumel. She loves to tell you about her travel experiences and can give you first hand advice on many resorts and destinations. Give her a call. Make her day!

Kay Ashby Kinchen- We would be lost without Kay's love of crunching numbers! She is our very efficient back office accountant. Kay has been with Total Travel for 14 years. I guess you could also say she is our spiritual director. Her faith is an inspiration to all of us and to those she meets. With out her expertise, all of us at Total Travel would be lost!
